Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement marketing plans to promote fire protection systems and services. Maintain consistent branding across all channels. Lead Generation & Sales Support Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive customer engagement. Develop customer presentations and proposals. Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Digital Marketing & Content Creation Manage social media, website content, and online advertising campaigns. Develop engaging content such as blogs, case studies, and success stories. Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve online presence. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry professionals. Develop marketing partnerships and collaborations. Handle customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fire protection or safety industry. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and industry regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable marketing insights. Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the fire safety or engineering industry. Familiarity with local fire safety laws and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
