MANAGER PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

1) Provide design support (include fabric sourcing, market intelligence, design graphics, 3D) and virtual imaging to all customers, including Graphics and Fashion Designing and leads regional team of designers. 2) Develop new ideas into samples and build a library of capabilities and newness. 3) Setting up of Virtual Showroom for all categories- Ladies RTW, Ladies Sleepwear, Ladies Athleisure, Men, Girls and Boys. (360 degree scanning, photographing on mannequin and matter tagging) to facilitate our customers to make decisions more efficiently. 4) Organizing and setting up showrooms in HQ office and all factories. 5) Manage design adoption rate as KPI. 6) Travel to meet buyers to drive sales each season and follow up on emails on selected styles or artworks. 7) Manage cost and payment invoices for China sample room, CLO, Browzwear licenses (purchase new and renewal). 8) Manage shipment samples incoming for storerooms and showroom display. Updating mannequin outfits and racks in showroom every season. 9) Visit factories and sample room supervisors to run through paper patterns and development styles. 10) Build better rapport with internal marketing teams in order to provide accurate information to buyers 11) To prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales & follow up status report to Management. 12) To attend all relevant meetings.
