Marketing Executive (Work in Subang/Kota Kemuning)

Job Summary: The Marketing executive will support the execution of marketing activities, including digital marketing. Responsibilities include creating content, managing social media and the website, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility. Plan and execute all marketing-related activities, including digital marketing, events, campaigns, projects, and new business launches, ensuring timely delivery. 2. Continuously propose creative, innovative, and strategic brand marketing ideas to align with the company's goals and business objectives. 3. Collaborate with the in-house designer to design and produce all promotional materials, including print and digital content for social media, events, and marketing campaigns. 4. Manage, update, and maintain the company’s social media platforms and website, consistently creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility and channel effectiveness. 5. Support internal marketing efforts and initiatives aimed at strengthening employee branding. 6. Coordinate and oversee vendor management for all marketing-related activities, including briefing and liaising with external vendors. 7. Prepare and submit weekly department reports to track progress and performance. 8. Participate in and assist with the planning and execution of internal company events and activities. 9. Undertake other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management/Administration, E-commerce, Human Resources, or a related field. 2. Experience managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, is an added advantage. 3. Basic video editing skills will be beneficial. 4.
