MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

  • Finance Assistant maintains a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and check requests in order to promptly and adequately support, document and process for payment all hotel payables according to Four Seasons Hotels Limited policies and procedures.
  • To assist the Credit Manager in maintaining proper credit procedures throughout the hotel in accordance with both local and Four Seasons Hotels Limited policies and procedures.
  • Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all House Banks according to Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the verification and reporting of hotel revenues, the review of paperwork turned in to Accounting to document such revenues and the preparation and publication of a Daily Revenue report to be used internally by the Hotel Managers to review financial performance and to forecast future business levels.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.
  • Candidates must speak read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
