We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Operations & Logistics Specialist to join our growing Social Commerce team. If you have experience running e-commerce operations and are very familiar with logistic processes, this is your opportunity to make an impact in the dynamic and exciting world of e-commerce!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments with vendors, forwarders, and 3PL partners, ensuring proper scheduling, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage air and ocean shipments, resolve product quality issues, and arrange for rework on damaged goods when necessary.
- Work closely with our logistic partners on inventory management, and any product returns from customers.
- Oversee the purchase of tax stamps, validate customs duties, and ensure the accuracy of shipping documents and associated costs.
- Prepare reports including stock reconciliations and handle customs and license renewals.
- Manage online marketplace store, and attend customers’ enquiries where needed.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management. Experience in e-commerce store management & customer service is also crucial.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and accountable for meeting deadlines.
