Job Description:

Marketing Intern:

• Work on CADVision Systems website to tidy up and organize data for SEO purposes

• Researching, curating and upkeeping of relevant content for our websites pages and posts
• Social media posting & Scheduling Preparation
• Perform telemarketing calls for events, campaigns, RFQs, etc.
• Updating CRM Database with customer's latest information and generating new leads
• Assisting in campaign collateral creation with guidance
• Other marketing administrative and ad-hoc tasks

Sales Intern:

• Assist Sales Team by follow up the sales lead through email correspondence and phone communication.
• Assist to get customer requirement and providing solution after get advice from superior
• Assist on organize, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities
• Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest
• Listen and probe prospect needs and escalate to the respective person
• Support customer by guiding them through online purchasing system
• Familiar yourself with CRM systems and use it well to update customer information
• Provide activity summary report at and of every working day to team lead
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets
