Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide reports with key insights.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Develop and manage engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Assist in content creation for websites, email marketing campaigns, and other channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new marketing opportunities.
- Analyse data to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee communication.
- Support the execution of webinars and other virtual marketing events.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and marketing agencies to execute marketing projects.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain marketing databases and promotional materials inventory.
- Track sales data and generate reports for management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
