Job Summary:
A dynamic role designed to support the company's marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This position involves executing marketing plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Execute specific campaigns and projects within the overall marketing plan.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content for various platforms (social media, blogs, email campaigns, company website, etc.) and ensuring the content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media accounts, executing email marketing campaigns, and assisting with SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor analysis. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analysing data to identify trends and insights. Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data findings.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and trade shows. Support logistical and operational aspects to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Other ad hoc tasks that could be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to digital marketing tactics and content creation.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and basic SEO/SEM understanding.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive copies.
- Able to take initiative and proactive at work, independent and problem-solving.
- Able to multitask and committed in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and a good team player when the need arises.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to maintain good relationships with all levels of people across teams and external partners.
- Optional but advantageous experience such as certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite), experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software, creative skills in graphic design or video editing are a plus.
