Job Summary

Mentor, motivate and lead team members in the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's goals. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives, and providing ongoing feedback and support. Ensure the team has the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, business development, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Direct the development of a multi-channel content strategy, leveraging data and analytics to produce highly targeted content that engages diverse audience segments and supports the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Champion the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge marketing techniques and technologies, including AI-driven analytics, programmatic advertising, and virtual or augmented reality experiences to enhance brand interaction.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights from campaign data, guiding strategic decisions and continuously improving marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to map and optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints, with a focus on personalization and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact. Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts to support marketing efforts.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
