  • Lead and moderate pre-service and post-mortem meetings to improve workflow and quality.
  • Manage and oversee bulk/catering orders, ensuring timely and efficient production.
  • Track and report production incidents, wastage, and workflow issues to the Production Manager.
  • Facilitate and oversee the training and skill development of team members, ensuring competency in new SKU production.
  • Ensure timely production that aligns with daily production schedules and operational needs.
  • Oversee the weekly deep-cleaning of production sections, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
