Manage all aspects of the company secretarial function, including the creation of bank documents, resolutions, and SSM forms;

  1. Prepare resolutions and documents for filing with the relevant regulatory authorities;
  2. Continuously update and maintain all essential statutory records and documents for clients;
  3. Have a thorough understanding of the Companies Act 2016, the mandates established by the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and other pertinent authorities concerning company secretarial responsibilities;
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with submission deadlines.
  5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management as required.
