- Prepare resolutions and documents for filing with the relevant regulatory authorities;
- Continuously update and maintain all essential statutory records and documents for clients;
- Have a thorough understanding of the Companies Act 2016, the mandates established by the Companies Commission of Malaysia, and other pertinent authorities concerning company secretarial responsibilities;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with submission deadlines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management as required.
