- Responsible to create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible including but not limited to organize, develop, and execute website/market places/Live sales marketing plans.
- Responsible to drive the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology, infrastructural plans and contents/visual direction.
- Responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the design, functionality, and user experience of the online stores.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, display, email marketing, and social media.
- Improve conversion rates & analyze data to drive business decisions, set targets, and forecast trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams.
- Manage customer experience & satisfaction; analyze customer purchase behavior and manage customer retention and loyalty programs. Including Customer journey UX/UI on online platforms.
- Manage sales, promotions, and returns based on given KPI.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and other partners.
- Oversee and manage fulfillment team ensuring all orders are delivered on time.
- Manage and propose TikTok, Market places, Social medias & official e-Shop’s contents and visuals (banners/product pictures/product descriptions) to drive sales effectively.
- Manage both B2C & B2B e-Commerce sales. Business (bulk purchase) on online platforms for business uses and consumers (individual pack) are for personal uses.
