
IT Technical Support Executive
1. Ensure the day-to-day operation support of IT infrastructure, network system and end-users issues include Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks.
2. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
3. Providing technical support across the company
4. Conduct daily check on servers’ hardware (Cloud system, Storage, Backup and etcetera) and performing Monthly/Quarterly Server Maintenance.
5. Manage and coordinate with vendors on hardware procurement, contract renewals, and ad hoc purchase.
6. Coordinate/Participate in IT Projects, including design and deployment of new IT system.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Good Knowledge of Windows servers, network, VOIP / IPPABX, IT security, and operations, preferably experience in technical and hands-on skills.
3. Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in IT support. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
4. Good understanding of IT support services, infrastructure and security.
