- Checking proper documentation for all invoices.
- Invoice verification and data entry for all invoices timely and accurate.
- Monitor and Inform client of any faulty account and transaction found.
- Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
- Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the Outsourcing Department
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
