The Assistant Manager - Operations (Janitorial Services) is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of janitorial services. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, maintaining client satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising janitorial services to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Manage and schedule cleaning staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
Prepare reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and client feedback.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
