Job Description
We are hiring an Account Payable Assistant to support our finance team by managing and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner. If you’re a detail-oriented person who loves working with numbers, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Verify billing accuracy and proper documentation
- Maintain records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support the finance team with other admin/accounting tasks
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and in a team
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
