  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and report defects or deviations from specifications, and communicate critical quality issues to internal teams or external suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to verify adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Recommend and support adjustments to production processes to resolve quality concerns.

  • Prepare and submit quality reports to management, outlining inspection results and suggested improvements.

  • Work closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Participate in investigations for non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with internal quality policies and relevant industry standards or regulations (e.g., ISO).
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of quality control procedures and work instructions.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to clarify product quality requirements or address quality concerns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials knowledge, and regulatory changes relevant to the aluminium and glass industry.
  • Conduct training or guidance sessions for team members on quality standards and best practices.
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment, preferably within the Aluminium & Glass Industry.
  • Knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive interpersonal abilities.
  • Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry, and production software).
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel between manufacturers and project sites.
