Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Technical Support: • Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales team and dealers on Kandao and Nearity products. • Assist in system design and configuration for client proposals. • Conduct technical pre-sales consultations and answer complex technical inquiries. Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations: • Support sales demonstrations by providing technical expertise during product demonstrations. • Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to dealers and clients. Audio & Visual Expertise: • Provide expert knowledge on audio and visual aspects of video conferencing systems. • Assist in room design and acoustics planning for optimal video conferencing performance. • Troubleshoot audio and visual issues during pre-sales activities. Product Testing & Evaluation: • Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure compatibility and performance. • Provide feedback to product management on product features and improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in a technical support or pre-sales role, preferably in the AV or IT industry. Strong understanding of audio and visual technologies, including microphones, speakers, cameras, and displays. Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely. Strong presentation and training skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
