JOB DESCRIPTION • Collaborate with managers and planners of various departments for any store inventory. • Maintain a systematic and detail –oriented paperwork and documents. • Manage to follow Customer's PO and key in accordingly • Communicate well with operation team to ensure all good pick and deliver as per order • Prepare the arrangement of lorry for delivering customer’s goods and prepare the daily transport listing to be submitted • Coordinate barcodes across sections and provide it to production planners and managers. • Collaborate with managers and planners for production inventory. • Communicate well with the production team to ensure that all planning process and reports are done accordingly. • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you. REQUIREMENTS 1. Possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related skills. 2. Have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience related to the production field. 3. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. 4. Must possess responsible, meticulous, good-communication, follow up skills and teamwork.
