  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Develop complex CNC programs for multi-axis milling operations • Optimize G-code and M-code sequences for maximum efficiency • Use CAM software to generate toolpaths. • Translate 3D CAD models into machinable CNC programs • Validate CNC programs through simulation and dry runs. • Modify and refine existing CNC programs to reduce cycle time. • Develop complex multi-axis toolpaths for CNC mills and twin-spindle/turret CNC lathes with live tooling and Y-axis. • Write and optimize G-code/M-code manually for advanced features or machines lacking full CAM support. • Set logical and efficient work coordinate systems • Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines. • Perform complex contouring, pocketing, and surfacing operations. • Interpret and apply GD&T requirements directly into toolpath planning and inspection strategies. • Program to maintain ultra-tight tolerances on parts. • Lead kaizen events targeting milling process improvements. • Perform part zeroing and alignments with indicators or probing systems. • Inspect machined parts using CMM, micrometers, calipers, and gauges. • Perform adaptive machining based on in-process feedback. • Document optimal milling parameters for each material/tool combo. • Ensure geometric accuracy • Operate horizontal and vertical milling machines as needed. • Implement standardized setups for recurring jobs. • Develop best practices for cutter paths and strategies. • Integrate automation and robotic loading where possible. • Identify tooling upgrades to enhance performance and durability. • Conduct root cause analysis of part failures or rejects. • Represent CNC programming in cross-functional engineering reviews. • Create and maintain training materials for CNC milling processes. • Track performance metrics Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC LATHE MILLING SPECIALIST are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC LATHE MILLING Candidate must possess relevant education certification Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Experience with multi-axis CNC machining Experience in using NDT methods.
