  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Develop complex multi-axis CNC programs for turning and milling centers. • Write and optimize G-code/M-code manually and via CAM software. • Create toolpaths for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining operations. • Utilize CAD/CAM systems • Set up multi-axis lathes and machining centers. • Apply simultaneous 5-axis machining for complex geometries. • Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines. • Perform complex contouring, pocketing, and surfacing operations. • Interpret and apply GD&T requirements directly into toolpath planning and inspection strategies. • Program laser engraving and laser marking systems. • Calibrate laser focus for various materials • Integrate laser cutting with CNC milling operations. • Develop safety interlocks for laser-enabled CNC systems. • Control laser pathing with G-code extensions or integrated controllers. • Balance fixtures and workholding for tight-tolerance work. • Adapt programs for different CNC control systems • Convert 3D CAD models into machinable files. • Implement high-speed machining techniques in toolpath strategies. • Optimize cutting conditions based on material behavior and machine capability. • Program coordinated dual-spindle or mill-turn operations. • Document all programming logic and revision history. • Integrate tool wear and breakage detection into program flow • Apply parametric programming for part families. • Coordinate with design teams to resolve DFM issues • Customize machine cycles with CNC logic. • Integrate pallet changers or automation with CNC code sequences. • Minimize runout, chatter, and deflection in deep pocket machining. • Develop training programs for CNC-laser hybrid operations. • Ensure compliance with international machining and safety standards. • Drive a culture of innovation, accuracy, and continuous technical growth.
