Technician III, Production Technical Operations
1. Contributing towards meeting departmental target and goals
2. Fabricating Optical Tools using correct and validated equipment
3. Ensure necessary help and support given to final inspector to ensure on time tool release to molding
4. Able to operate all equipment that are required for the fabrication of Optical Tool
5. Maintain the output in Polishing and Nanoform following department indicator, quick respond to abnormalities found with further escalation if needed
6. Maintain the in-process scrap rate and quick respond to abnormalities found with further escalation if needed
7. Complete all relevant training on time before starts the fabrication of Optical Tool
8. Support in audit readiness checking.
9. Support yield and cost savings initiatives through leading Lean, Fix One Thing and/or Star Award
10. Provide support with equipment validation activities
11. Ensure SOP and GMP compliance for tool record documentation
12. Ensure all the equipment logbooks are updated in daily basis.
13. Always maintain good 6S in the workplace
14. Support OT when needed
15. Provide technical support and guidance to technician and Metrology inspectors.
16. To observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards and other requirements
1. Perform other duties as assign
2. Complies to all policies and standards
