Job Description: *Assist clients in planning and arranging their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. *Manage and follow up on pre-payments for all confirmed bookings. *Respond to daily emails and WhatsApp inquiries in a timely and professional manner. *Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience. *Coordinate with suppliers to create bookings and prepare necessary payment documentation within the given deadline. Requirements: *Candidate must possess a Diploma or higher qualification in Tourism Management or a related field. *Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the tourism industry. *Proficiency in using Sabre GDS for air ticketing is an added advantage. *Familiarity with BOS (Back Office System) for online bookings is preferred. Experience with PowerSuite and Tourplan systems for invoicing and operational processes is an added advantage. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Strong phone handling skills with active listening ability. *Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
