  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

- To handle full set of accounts. - Manage daily financial transactions related to logistics operations, including invoicing, freight charges, and payment processing. - Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable for transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics services. - Ensure timely and accurate billing for clients and follow up on outstanding payments. - Maintain financial records, process bank reconciliations, and track cash flow for logistics expenses. - Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness in freight and operational expenses. - Assist in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits related to logistics transactions. - Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to streamline financial processes and improve cost efficiency. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including customs duties, SST, and other financial obligations. - Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Bankers, Auditor when needed. - To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time. Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply - Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount and etc. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. - Proficient in both spoken and written – English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage - Experience in Logistics will be an added advantage. - Meticulous, responsible and positive working attitude. - Able to perform multitasking in fast-paced working environment.
