Medical Consultant Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide Medical Expertise :- Offer expert advice on medical procedures, treatment plans, and patient care practices.- Advise healthcare organizations or companies on best practices, innovations, and improvements in medical treatments.- Review and assess medical reports, clinical data, and patient history to support decision-making processes. 2. Develop Healthcare Strategies :- Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare strategies, policies, and protocols.- Collaborate with medical teams to design patient care guidelines and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. 3. Medical Research and Analysis:- Conduct research on medical trends, new treatments, and healthcare innovations.- Analyze medical data, statistics, and patient feedback to improve healthcare delivery and services. 4. Training and Development :- Provide training and mentorship to medical staff on new procedures, treatments, and medical technology.- Organize workshops or seminars on best practices, clinical guidelines, or emerging medical topics. 5. Regulatory Compliance :- Ensure medical practices and healthcare delivery meet local, national, and international regulatory standards.- Advise healthcare organizations on compliance with health policies, laws, and medical ethics. 6. Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:- Work alongside doctors, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and treatment outcomes.- Consult on complex medical cases and provide second opinions where required. 7. Patient Care Support:- Provide consultation services to patients (when applicable) to explain treatment options and medical conditions.- Support in managing complex or rare medical conditions and providing expert recommendations on treatment. 8. Reporting and Documentation :-Document findings, recommendations, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare documentation standards.- Prepare reports for healthcare management or clients regarding health-related strategies and outcomes. 9. To perform and recommend OXYZ Health & Wellness services and treatments (5D Biological Medicine Concept) that are provided by OXYZ to customers who will benefit from the treatment. 10. To conduct and provide professional consultation sessions (in house, phone, and/or email) 11. To produce OXYZ related video contents aligning with company marketing objective 12. To provide training to the company associates (not limited to medical training to medical staff, product training to business associates etc);- 13. To work as a Speaker for the Company for seminars / healthcare talk and prepare necessary materials or handouts for seminar/healthcare talks when necessary;- 14. To provide your professional knowledge and experience and advise to the company Directors for the betterment and improvement of the company business;- 15. As part of the professional medical team, to work hand in hand with all OXYZ team members. 16. In performing the above, you shall comply, to the best of your medical knowledge and ethics, all professional and business conducts, regulation, and guidelines established by the Company in compliance with any government authorities with respect to the Company’s business. 17.Being a speaker on behalf of the Company and the products and services represented by the company, for the purpose of future reference and supports from the company, it is necessary for you to discuss with the company’s representative about the content of your materials and also giving the company a copy of your materials which you intend to present during the seminar or health talk. You shall be required to travel to perform the above-mentioned Duties and Services for clients within or outside Malaysia. Company shall take care of the travelling and accommodation expenses when you are required to travel in and out of Malaysia. Wages Range: Depends on experience RM2000 - RM8000
