And now, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Finance Manager & Trainer (Consultant) to join our team. Responsibilities : -Manage the full set of accounts, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. -Analyze monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows) and effectively communicate findings to the Director as requested. -Prepare year-end financial books for audit and ensure accurate reporting. -Prepare and present monthly business performance review reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights. -Ensure operational compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Act as a liaison for any necessary compliance issues related to external parties (tax, auditing, company secretary). -Lead and deliver financial training sessions to internal staff and external clients, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and skills. -Prepare comprehensive training modules and materials, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of the audience. -Provide personalized assistance to protégés and other individuals requesting financial guidance or support. -Participate in webinars or seminars, both physically and virtually, as required, to represent the company and share financial expertise. Desired Skills & Requirements : -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred). -Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting. -Proven experience in managing financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis. -Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. -Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals is highly preferred. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). -Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
