Job description - Responsible to perform daily quality checking of raw materials, in-process product and finished goods for quality, durability, food safety and standard product specifications - Back trace in-house problems with product quality or performance by investigating all parts of the production process - Investigate and resolve quality issues or customer complaints. - Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards. - Develop and implement quality control procedures. - To document quality assurance report, complete quality assurance audit or any QC documents - Access quality assurance strategies periodically to determine best practice and improvement - Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished goods. - Train and manage the QC team. - Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations. - Prepare quality reports and coordinate audits. Requirements: - Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Science, Halal Management or equivalent - Willing to work independently with effective problem- solving skills - Strong background of Quality Control, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. - Knowledge of HALAL, GMP, ISO 22000 standards will be an added advantage Must able to work at Batu Pahat.
