Note: This is a Internship, not full time job. Designation: APAC Consumer Experience Intern (Marketing) Location: Oasis Square, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia Basic Pay : RM1,000 per month Position Summary • We are looking for a Marketing Intern based in 3M Malaysia HQ in Ara Damansara with minimum duration of 6 months, supporting the Home Care Division of APAC region. The role will be responsible in assisting the Consumer Experience Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans across the countries in APAC. We are looking for: • Graduates with relevant course of study - Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ business are preferred. • Able to work independently or in a team to deliver on time activation/launch into market. • Good communication and time management skills. • Passionate and highly driven in business and marketing field. • Proficiency in Mandarin/ Japanese/ Korean language will be an added advantage. We are looking for someone who is passionate on consumer behaviors and products to join the exciting team with below responsibilities: • Responsible to coordinate with local marketers to ensure efficient execution marketing activities. • Work closely with agencies, media, research, consumer insights teams for holistic campaign planning and execution. • Monitors the implementation of the media activities through constant liaison with media agency. • Constant reviews on campaigns through post campaign reviews with agencies to encourage continuous learning and improvements for the business. • Support the Marketing Manager on overall business requirements to achieve the division objectives.
