We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed HR Intern to support our HR team in executing HR functions in line with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955. *Key Responsibilities* +Assist with maintaining accurate employee records (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, etc.) +Support attendance, leave and overtime tracking in compliance with statutory requirements +Help prepare monthly payroll inputs and cross-check statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) +Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities +Support compliance with the Employment Act and internal HR policies +Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and documentation *What You’ll Learn* +Real-time payroll prep & processing aligned with Malaysia labor laws +HR best practices in employee relations, engagement, and admin +How to turn chaos into a compliance-friendly checklist +The fine art of keeping people happy while staying 100% legal *Requirements* +Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field +Strong attention to detail and organizational skills +Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia +Familiarity with the Malaysia Employment Act is a major flex +Proficiency in Microsoft Office (we see you, pivot table warriors) +You gotta be cool with showing up in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam — Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday.
