The Handyman is responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the company’s premises and equipment. This includes: General Repairs: Fixing company machines, appliances, doors, windows, floors, walls, and other structural elements. Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections, cleaning tasks, painting, and filling gaps. Technical Repairs: Handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security system issues. Facility Upkeep: Maintaining cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas such as sidewalks and parking lots. Customer Support: Responding to maintenance requests professionally and providing equipment care guidance. Equipment Monitoring: Evaluating and ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical and kitchen equipment. Team Support: Assisting maintenance, logistics, transport, and project teams when needed. Job Requirments: Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent; technical/vocational training is an advantage. Experience: Prior experience in maintenance or handyman work is preferred. Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems; able to use tools safely. Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Soft Skills: Good problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Other: Willing to work on calls; basic safety knowledge.
