  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a LATHE TURNING PRECISION EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Develop advanced G-code programs for precision CNC turning. • Use CAM software for lathe toolpath generation and simulation. • Develop canned cycles for OD/ID and face turning. • Convert 3D part models to 2D profiles for programming. • Incorporate M-codes for spindle, coolant, and chuck control. • Use 3-jaw, 4-jaw, collet, and custom fixtures with balance control. • Program mirror-image parts and left-hand thread logic. • Implement Lean and Six Sigma techniques for continuous improvement • Program and operate laser engraving on turned components. • Integrate laser marking stations into CNC turning cycles. • Creating and optimizing CNC programs using Mastercam for turning, and multi-axis machining operations. • Designing efficient toolpaths to ensure precise machining of parts. • Setting up and configuring CNC turning machines based on the program requirements. • Apply Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies in production cells. • Collaborate with R&D for design-for-machining feedback. • Perform complex part setups on CNC lathes. • Set precision tool offsets and monitor wear adjustments. • Achieve micron-level tolerances in high-precision components. • Manage job changeovers efficiently with repeat setups. • Calibrate work offsets using probe systems or indicators. • Perform precision facing and threading with digital tools. • Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, and CMMs. • Maintain clean, aligned, and properly lubricated lathe machines. • Optimize laser parameters: power, frequency, speed, and focus. • Apply post-machining laser cleaning or passivation. • Incorporate part recognition and alignment using vision-guided lasers. • Control thermal impact of laser processes on precision surfaces. • Operate hybrid machines combining lathe and laser stations. • Maintain logs of laser usage, part cycles, and safety checks. • Perform micro-laser marking for high-density information. • Develop combined CNC/laser setup sheets for shopfloor integration. REQUIREMENT: Min 5 years’ experience in LATHE TURNING PRECISION Must possess at least a relevant certificate.
