Operational Management Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards in all areas of the café. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and other stock, placing orders as needed. Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards. Manage the café’s opening and closing procedures. Customer Service Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality. Create a welcoming environment to ensure a positive dining experience for customers. Staff Management Supervise, train, and motivate team members to perform to the best of their abilities. Schedule and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours. Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve performance. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees. Sales and Profitability Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving monthly sales targets. Promote upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and events. Administration and Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, inventory, and sales. Handle cash management, including daily cash reconciliations and banking. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a supervisor in the food and beverage industry (preferably in café or casual dining). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Basic accounting and administrative skills are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
