Authority: -Issue purchase orders and send them to suppliers after approval. -Collect items from suppliers for self-collection orders. Roles & Responsibilities: -Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. -Verify stock levels before making purchases to prevent overstocking or shortages. -Verify the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) upon receiving goods to ensure accuracy and quality. -Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
