  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate & Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to make an impact in the dynamic world of F&B expansion.

In this role, you’ll support the team in identifying new store locations, assist with lease management, and help drive our growth strategy. You’ll gain exposure to real estate planning, site selection and evaluation, and project coordination while working closely with the senior team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the team in researching and identifying potential new store locations across the Klang Valley and beyond.
  • Assist with conducting market and competitor research, including footfall counts, demographic studies, and site visits.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations on potential new sites, including basic financial and market analysis.
  • Maintain and update records of tenancy agreements and leasing documents for all outlets.
  • Assist with lease administration, including tracking key dates such as renewals and expirations.
  • Help coordinate communications with landlords, property agents, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support cost tracking related to real estate, including rent, utilities, and other occupancy-related expenses.
  • Stay updated on market trends in the F&B and retail property landscape.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A keen interest in real estate, business development, and the F&B industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and its tools (ie. Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with numbers (ie. spreadsheets don't scare you)
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • A degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred (but not mandatory)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
