Free Shuttle Service Provided:
Routes: Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square
Job Scope:
Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues related to Grab services (e.g., payment, orders, Grab app usage, etc.)
Assisting and resolving customer inquiries related to Grab services
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (both spoken & written)
Minimum SPM qualification (Must have passed Bahasa Malaysia & Sejarah)
Fresh graduates are welcome (Full training will be provided)
ID not active under Grab Account (Rider or Driver)
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,100
KPI/Attendance Allowance: up to RM400
Shift Allowance: up to RM300
Total Salary Potential: Up to RM2,600 - RM2,800 per month (including allowances)
Working Hours:
Rotational shifts (24/7)
9-hour shifts per day (1-hour break included)
6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on shift schedule)
