Job Description:

- Ensure compliance with submission timelines and official guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with authorities to track application status and address any queries or issues promptly.
- Follow up to ensure timely processing and feedback from departments.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support.
- Experience in MM2H or government-related submission processes is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with clients and authorities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
- Have own transportation.
