Job Description:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance on required documentation for MM2H applications.
  • Ensure clear communication to gather accurate and complete information from clients.
  • Review, organize, and compile all necessary documents in accordance with government requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is systematically managed for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Handle the timely submission of client applications and supporting documents to relevant government departments and agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with submission timelines and official guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with authorities to track application status and address any queries or issues promptly.
  • Follow up to ensure timely processing and feedback from departments.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in operations, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Experience in MM2H or government-related submission processes is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with clients and authorities.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Have own transportation.
