  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

Seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, oversee budgets, and ensure market-aligned pricing. Ideal candidates will balance cost efficiency with quality while supporting project delivery.

Job description

· Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

· Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning.

· Manage contracts, procurement, and valuations.

· Monitor project costs and report on variances.

· Analyze market prices for materials, labor, and services.

· Identify cost risks and propose mitigation strategies.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals.

· Plan and organize the tasks assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy taking-off within required timeframes.

· Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by superior or reporting head.

Requirements:-

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience, including project management.

· Required Skill(s): AUTO CAD, Microsoft Office, Excel.

· Strong grasp of construction methods, contracts, and regulations.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Able to work under tight deadlines and with ownership.

· Possess initiative and analytical thinking ability.

· Able to start work immediately or with short period would be advantage.

· Interested candidate must be attach your resume and photo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
