  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an organized, motivated, and hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding service and maintaining high-quality food and beverage offerings. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing the profitability of our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Supervise, train, and manage kitchen, bar, and service staff.
  • Create, plan, and update menus, ensuring they align with customer preferences and company goals.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain budget controls to manage costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate catering services for special events, conferences, and banquets.
  • Maintain effective communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage costs, inventory control, and budgeting.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary or Hospitality Management degree or certification.
  • Experience in high-volume establishments or event management.
  • Proficiency in POS and management software.
