Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.

  • Handle incoming emails, mail and other material
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain filing, scanning, and record-keeping for office and operational purposes.
  • Perform duties such as preparing an agreement
  • Provide support on agreement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administration and and operational tasks at the site.
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for agreement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain, organize, compile, and update owner personnel records and documentation.
  • Manage and update databases with different information such as new agreement, terminations, rental, billing, and others.
  • Answer owners’ questions and provide requested information.
  • Providing general support to the team for ad hoc duties and special projects.
  • Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven admin or assistant experience. At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
