Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Handle incoming emails, mail and other material
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Develop and maintain filing, scanning, and record-keeping for office and operational purposes.
- Perform duties such as preparing an agreement
- Provide support on agreement policies and procedures.
- Assist in administration and and operational tasks at the site.
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for agreement policies and procedures.
- Maintain, organize, compile, and update owner personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update databases with different information such as new agreement, terminations, rental, billing, and others.
- Answer owners’ questions and provide requested information.
- Providing general support to the team for ad hoc duties and special projects.
- Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven admin or assistant experience. At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
