  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assignment and coordination of drivers for Chauffeur and Coach logistics.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality service, including coordination with outsourcing suppliers.
  • Manage driver performance and claims for Chauffeur/Coach.
  • Handle internal and external booking accounts for Chauffeur services.
  • Liaise with clients to facilitate smooth booking processes
  • Monitor invoicing and payment collection from clients (debtor collection).
  • Coordinate with outsourced vehicle suppliers and prepare quotations when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent education level.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in the tourism industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Office location: Mayflower Car Rental, Segambut Industrial Area.
