Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assignment and coordination of drivers for Chauffeur and Coach logistics.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service, including coordination with outsourcing suppliers.
- Manage driver performance and claims for Chauffeur/Coach.
- Handle internal and external booking accounts for Chauffeur services.
- Liaise with clients to facilitate smooth booking processes
- Monitor invoicing and payment collection from clients (debtor collection).
- Coordinate with outsourced vehicle suppliers and prepare quotations when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Office location: Mayflower Car Rental, Segambut Industrial Area.
