Job description
CT YONG MOTORS SDN BHD is seeking a talented and proactive HR executive to join our team in Taiping (Kamunting), Perak. Currently there are 7 branches of our company and we are going to expand further. In this full-time position (Monday to Fridays 9.30am - 6.30pm and fifth Saturday), you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function of our organisation.
What you'll be doing -HR
- Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Administration of employee benefits, payroll and leave management.
- Responsible for periodical payroll and statutory payment activities
- Person in charge for statutory departments reports submissions (Socso, EPF, LHDN & HRDF).
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Disciplinary & Grievance Management
- Memos & Notices
- Ad Hocs task assigned by the Management.
What you'll be doing -Admin
- To manage the supervisor clerk and admin clerk task. To arrange their duties and task.
- To ensure admin clerks followed the SOP when doing their own task.
- To do weekly report to Management
- Ad Hocs task assigned by the Management.
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the SME industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using SQL payroll system and Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
