- Provides functional and administrative support to ensure that facilities services (reception mail courier conference room services Access systems etc.) are delivered as per internal customer's expectations satisfaction. - Manages at the functional level the relationship with the facilities and maintenance suppliers to ensure that external services are delivered as per negotiated agreement.- Keeps up to date plans of buildings office layouts employee locations and site contents/inventories through the CAFM system.- Manages minor/specific facilities related projects as assigned by the facilities manager.- Gathers tracks and reports to management facilities KPI's.- Contributes to the optimization of premises' costs through a strict control of facilities consumables (paper toners water energy consumption etc).- Ensures adherence to Health Safety & Security regulations and local laws and ensure SITA HS&S best practices are applied in all sites under his/her responsibility. - Escalates & responds to Health Safety & Security incidents as per local regulations and instructions. PURPOSE
'To assist in the ongoing administration of the Corporate Services functions so as to ensure a safe secure & suitable ''Office Working Environment'' is provided at all times in facilities under his/her responsibilities scope.'

EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years in a similar role with a multinational organization including 2 years experience in a facilities/real estate function in a large national or multi-national.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate in Business or business related subject preferred.
