Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and proper handling of incoming payments from clients.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments

- Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Support in the reconciliation of bank statements, company accounts, and financial records.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases, ledgers, and spreadsheets.

- Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions and ensure proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Organize and maintain the company's accounting files, invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.

- Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance department as needed.
  • Support in the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate financial records and information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
