Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product positioning and marketing innovation.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Marketing reports and analysis.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and sales, to ensure brand value and alignment in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor and improve brand health metrics, working to increase brand equity and consumer loyalty.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive online sales.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.

Partner Collaboration and Engagement:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key retail partners to support promotional activities, in-store displays.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives.

New Product Launches:

  • Manage the launch of new products or services, coordinating all marketing efforts to ensure a successful introduction to the market.
  • Work with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and promotional plans.
