A. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their marketing needs and objectives.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing strategic guidance, regular updates, and performance reports.

B. Campaign Management

Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing) aligned with client goals.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs, improve ROI, and achieve client satisfaction.

C. Strategic Planning and Consultation

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies.

Provide proactive suggestions and solutions, keeping clients informed about the latest industry trends and best practices.

D. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Content, SEO, Paid Media) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Facilitate smooth communication between teams, ensuring client expectations are clearly understood and met.

E. Budget and Financial Management

Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize campaign performance.

Prepare and present budget forecasts, performance analyses, and detailed financial reports to clients.

F. Performance Reporting and Analysis

Regularly track and report on campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

Provide clients with detailed performance reports, outlining campaign progress, key insights, and recommendations for optimization.

G. Client Retention and Growth

Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering results, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Drive client retention through regular check-ins and fostering long-term partnerships.

H. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution

Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during campaign execution, ensuring minimal disruption to client objectives.

Address client concerns promptly, proposing and implementing solutions to meet their expectations.
