• Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain confidential business documents and records in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
• Assist in business operations, investment planning, and market research.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and reports to keep the CEO updated.
• Support tender submissions, contract documentation, and compliance matters.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and investment reports.
• Research and analyze market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Assist in company expansion plans, IPO preparations, and capital market ventures. (Future)
• 3-5 years of experience as a PA, EA, or Project Coordinator (preferably in construction/property development).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, madarin speaking is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential matters.
