About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and organized Operations & Customer Fulfillment Executive to support our growing school uniform and vending machine distribution business, servicing international schools across the region. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across our storage, school sites, and supplier network.

This role involves hands-on stock and inventory management, supplier coordination, and customer interaction both on-site at schools and remotely. If you enjoy variety in your day, solving problems, and delivering great service — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory levels and stock movement at our storage facility
  • Coordinate deliveries and restocking of vending machines and school uniform supplies
  • Work on-site at schools during peak sales periods or vending machine servicing
  • Liaise with local and international suppliers for school uniforms and vending stock
  • Use back-end systems to manage inventory, place orders, and update stock records
  • Provide excellent customer service to school administrators, parents, and students
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance or restocking of vending machines
  • Prepare reports on stock levels, sales performance, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure all items are labeled, organized, and stored to company standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in inventory management, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English (both spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using inventory software or digital systems (training provided)
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Physically capable of handling stock and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s or motorbike license is a bonus (for school site visits)
