We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and help us grow our business. Job Summary As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of our data center solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the technology or engineering sector. You will work closely with our technical and project teams to provide tailored solutions to our clients and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Sales: •⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center and server room industry. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies. •⁠ ⁠Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 2.⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management: •⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. •⁠ ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing technical and commercial support. 3.⁠ ⁠Technical Sales Support: •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. •⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. 4.⁠ ⁠Sales Target Achievement: •⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. •⁠ ⁠Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner. 5.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Documentation: •⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. •⁠ ⁠Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology, engineering, or data center industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic technical knowledge of data center or server room solutions is a plus. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
