Samurai Yakiniku has branched out to three outlets in Malaysia, providing delicious Japanese yakiniku in Kota Bharu (Kelantan), Bangi & Kota Damansara (Selangor), Setapak (Kuala Lumpur), Shah Alam and more to come. Tasks & responsibilities: - Responsible for developing and managing the branch according to the company's objectives. - Manage the intake and release of stock to ensure that stock levels are always sufficient. - Update the daily sales report and the flow of cash in and out. - Oversee activities within the outlet and ensure that employees perform their tasks as per the set assignments. - Ensure the outlet is in good condition, tidy, and clean. - Assess and motivate employees to become more productive at work. - Take disciplinary action against any employee who violates regulations, policies, or work schedules in a fair and just manner. - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet customer demands or for improvement purposes. - Conduct surveys with customers to identify and improve any shortcomings. - Ensure that the restaurant operations run smoothly.
