  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position Overview: As a Business Analyst at Lava Protocols Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting software development projects. Responsibilities: As a Junior Business Analyst at Lava Protocols Sdn Bhd, you will be involved in supporting the implementation of software solutions, with a focus on understanding customer requirements, assisting in solution design, and ensuring alignment with best practices. Specific responsibilities include: • Assisting in the design and optimization of business processes through technology and integration. • Supporting Senior Business Analysts in understanding Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and communicating those to customers. • Participating in discovery workshops and assisting in solution presentations and prototype demonstrations. • Assisting in identifying customer process pain points and gaps and proposing best practices solutions. • Supporting the interpretation of technical and business strategy roadmaps to provide detailed technical solutions. • Providing support in presenting to various audiences, including technical teams. • Adapting to different implementation team types and supporting hands-on experience in Salesforce core solutions and others. • Following standard software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure projects are documented and deployed effectively. • Assisting in the review of the current landscape for additional business opportunities. Requirements: • A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. • 1-2 years of experience working in business applications implementation of customer projects, preferably in Salesforce design and solution consulting. • Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.) is an added advantage. • Salesforce Consultant certification is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with users, team members, and management. • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational and geographical boundaries.
